Vendor and Artist Alley Applications Forthcoming
If you are interested in being a Vendor to the Malone Comic Con or have a table in our Artist Alley, applications for available spaces is forthcoming. We are currently working on obtaining a total number of available spaces in the Franklin Academy Gym and additional overflow space if allowed, plus calculating the updated fees for tables.
The process at this moment is to allow the Right of First Refusal to vendors (about 18 in all) and artists that attended Malone Comic Con 2016. They will have until Feb 28th, 2017 to confirm and pay for their table(s) or release them. Meanwhile, we will have a starting cache of available tables/spaces when the applications go out within the coming week. All of those new vendors and artists will be able to book their tables on a first come first serve basis. Following that, there will be a waiting list.
If you are interested in being included on the email list for vendors and artists, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email address, phone number, and quick description of what you wish to sell at the table would be helpful as well.
Anyone on the email list will receive the application 72 hours before we make it live on the website and facebook.
The Malone Chamber of Commerce will only accept cash, check (with a copy of your driver’s license enclosed), or money order as payment with your application.
